Low Carb Menus?

Does anyone have recent menus from Carnival that show the Low Carb offerings?

 

Do they have low-carb deserts? Any low carb snacks in the other areas?

 

I just got off RCCL's Mariner of the Seas and found the low-carb offerings to be small to non-existant.

They have introduced all sorts of low carb items in the dining room and you probably already know how to pick and choose off of a buffet. They already had their Spa Dishes which were lighter fare in the way of fat and still do (including desserts). There is a press release that was copied here in a previous Low Carb thread, but I can't seem to find it. It even gave examples of the menu items.

 

You will find plenty of low carb options, for sure....

Also, when in doubt, ask your wait team, they are usually very informative for those who have diet requests.
