there's too many to email so you can view them there. You are doing the southern route so the islands will be different. We did the Eastern route and went to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and Tortola.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask. I just love the Miracle and would sail that ship again in a NY minute. :p

Sandy,

Did you like Sapphire Beach? Did you do any snorkling? Any sea turtles? We were on the Miracle last May and are going on the same cruise again this May, hoping to try another beach.

Thanks.

We loved Sapphire Beach. Unfortunately it rained for the most part when we were in St. Thomas but when we were at the beach it stopped, but it was still cloudy. We did do snorkeling but you have to be careful. I cut my leg on a piece of coral and it really burned a lot. If you want me to post some pics of Sapphire, I will. Just let me know. :)

  Thanks so much for posting this - I almost forgot how great it really was. We cruise on Saturday on the Liberty and I expect it to be a good as the Miracle. Was Nick and Nora's not awesome. I can't express enough to people to pay the extra $30.00 and have an experience of a life time. I had lamb last time - out of this world - this time maybe the surf and turf. But I always save room for the dessert which is to die for - the triple chocolate has been in my dreams for a year. Thanks again Cindy:cool:

To get back to part of the original post, does anyone have the current menus from the Miracle?

  Sorry, sometimes you lose the orginal question as you go through thread. Go to FAQs on Fun Ship site - then to dining options - then to dining room menus. They haven't changed over the years, may vary a little but basically the same for all ships. Sorry once again for getting of track, happens a lot on these boards. Cindy:cool:

I agree....Nick and Nora's was awesome. Well worth the $30 p/p. I live in NYC and there is no where in a nice upscale restaurant where you could get a full dinner for 30 p/p. Most of the time the entrees alone cost $30 and everything else is a la carte.

I had that triple chocolate dessert and it was to die for. Unfortunately, I could barely finish it because I was so stuffed.:p

Don't all the ships have the same menus??

I don't see how the food could be better from one ship to another....

Yes the menus are fleetwide. Food could be better from ship to ship because of the chefs. No two chefs cook exactly the same even if it's the same recipe. One chef might add a little more garlic while another chef might add a little more onion. :p

Sandy,

I would love to see any photos you have of Sapphire or Emerald beach. We sailed the Miracle right before you in May 2007 and didn't see much of St Thomas, we did downtown and a private beach.

Any info you have would be appreciated...Thanks!
