NCL Promotions????

A few days ago, someone posted that shipboard credit was now being offered for Alaska sailings. Seeing how I had just booked two AF's, I thought I'd give NCL a call and see if I could take advantage of the $100 per cabin credit. After leaving a message and getting no response, I called again today.

Here's the story.....I am not eligible because I already booked before the promotion. Although technically, I could cancel without penalty and rebook with the promotion. Furthermore, they raised the price of the cruise $100 for the promotion so I'd have to pay an additional $100 to get $100.

I guess you're just suppose to think you got some type of deal!!!

that's why i only worry about the price at the time i am ready to book..if i can live with it, i book...otherwise, i wait. by tomorrow the price may be different.

last sept, calling for a dec cruise..the price on friday was one price, by monday i saved another $70 pp. OBCs are nice, but i would rather have a low price up front.
