Teen disco dress code

What is the dress code for the teen disco? My son is 12, my daughter is 15 & we're wondering if jeans are appropriate or something dressier. We're cruising on Fascination in March.

My son (17 this year, his third cruise) has worn jeans or shorts to the teen club activities in the evenings. They will let you know if there is a certain dress code needed that night. I hope your children have as much fun as my son does.

Just tell them to wear what they normally wear to night clubs on land. Having never been in a Carnival teen club I can't say for that, but it is rare to see guys in jeans in a night club although girls can get away with it.

 

I doubt if there is a strict dress code but unless they are playing country music I don't think a teen guy would want to wear jeans in a night club. MHO.

Jeans are fine...guys usually like to wear jeans and a STYLISH polo into the teen club. They can also wear shorts for a more casual look.

Jeans or shorts should be good. I don't see why there should be a problem with jeans on a cruise-ship nightclub or on a nightclub on land..:confused:

I used to live on the ocean a few months back and even in that party atmosphere,there were none for the under 16 croud.

This comes from someone who has never cruised before, is just getting married, and in all probability does not have children.

 

Jeans will be fine, I have walked through the teen clubs, being a parent of one on board allows me that freedom, I have seen teens wearing jeans (teens do that you know even on land), shorts, polos, even popular

t-shirts that look nice. Not something you would wash the car in but nice looking school or Friday night at the movies clothes. I hope this helps the OP.

On formal night they do encourage the teens to stay dressed and they do a group picture of all the teens in their dressy clothes. All other nights shorts and jeans are fine.

There is no official dress code for Club 02 (15 -17 year olds)

 

My son usually wears shorts during the day and pants (or jeans) at night.

 

They have a great time.
