It is 18 in all of the Caribbean except for Honduras where it is 21 but unenforced and Cuba where you need to be 16 to purchase. In fact both USVI and Puerto Rico have the same 18 year minimum.

18 but I've never seen anyone carded over here.

 

Rough price guidelines - beer CI$3.75, Jack & coke CI$4.50. With other mixed drinks the sky's the limit, I've seen CI$8.50 for a mudslide. CI$1 = US$1.25 and all bars accept both.

 

And be careful about running up a tab, most places are honest (Rackam's and Breezes I can vouch for) but even us locals have been caught out at times.
