casualcanadiancruiser Posted February 21, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2008 I have booked my hubby and I, mom and her friend on a cruise and 3 of us are latitudes members and I did the booking online but our edocs don't have our member numbers on them. I know I can call and have it fixed but I was wondering if we can do it when we board the ship. Mom's friend had surgery and is having complications (hopefully all fixed by April 19th) and I don't want to bother her with having to do that now. I just did the same thing for my partner who was assigned a new number when we booked through my number. It was fixed while I was on the phone.
