I did not make any reservations, but had forwarded a request for information. Hadn't received a response (only one day) and was going to check the website to see if there was a phone number. The website won't display. Tried links from TripAdvisor and can't find it....

 

Does anyone have any information - maybe it is just a glitch or they are updating and the site is down

The site is working for me so the problem that you were having may be resolved. When I was working with them in November, email responses sometimes took several days. In the end, we had a great guide and everything worked out fine.
