Portable Booster seat vs. Cruiseship high chair?

For our first child, we carried that booster around everywhere with us, including cruises.

Then came the 2nd child and we just didn't have the space to pack it anymore. A few times on Carnival, we had to wait a few minutes in the dining room (during breakfast/lunch) for them to find a highchair for us (they ran up to Lido to get it). During dinner, we never had a problem.

If you have room, I would say a portable high chair. We carried our with us everywhere when our son was younger. It is a sure thing while you may have to wait for a high chair. Plus, I'm somewhat of a germaphobe when it comes to kids and the high chairs supplied by others.
