Breezes or sandals...ocho rios

We are thinking of taking the RC excursion to either Breezes or Sandals and have a few questions.

Which resort is closest to the port in Ocho Rios? Which has nicer facilities? How do the buffets compare? Does the Sandals resort have "steep terrain" as some reviews have stated?

Have been to Sandals in Ocho Rios just one time and was very disapointed. (December 07)

 

No water in womens bathroom by the pool and not once during the day did anyone bring a drink.

 

If it is chilly the pools are not heated and are too cold to get into.

 

Food was ok. A buffet was available. Maybe We were expecting to much but are planning to try another place next time.
