Deadline to get cruise Insurance

Morning all,

 

Is there a cutoff time before you can no longer purchase cruise Insurance. Is it cheaper to get it earlier.

depending on who you purchase from......the one i use is 48 hours prior to boarding the ship but i have heard there are some that you can buy 24 hour prior

With most travel insurance companies, you can purchase it all the way up until the day before you leave. If you wait, you will more than likely not be able to cover any pre-existing conditions.

 

It is best to purchase it the same day you pay for your cruise. That way you don't have to worry about forgetting.
