What time can I expect to be off the ship?

I will be on the Coral Princess for a Panama Canal Cruise returning to Fort Lauderdale on 10/31 at 7am. Our flight doesn't leave until the evening so I've reserved a rental car to pick up at the port at 9am. Will we be off the ship by this time?

[size=2]In most cases disembarkation begins around 9AM depending on your stateroom assignment you could be off right away or worst case by 10:30. If you really want an early start I would recommend that you speak to the purser before the last day of the cruise and plead your case.

Keep in mind that even though the ship may dock at 7AM, it still has to go through all the legalities that can take a couple of hours or longer. The ship may start disembarking at 8:30AM, it could be 10:30AM. There's no way to know ahead of time.
