What are the chances?

What are the logistical chances of meeting up with someone going on a different cruise than ours? We just found out that someone we know is leaving the same day as we are from Miami. They are on a different cruise line and a different pier. I've never been to Miami, so I'm not sure how things are laid out, etc. We are taking a shuttle bus from the airport to the pier. What are the chances that we will be able to see them?

If you want to meet up, one of you should decide to meet at the dropoff area for the other persons cruise. The area where the cabs drop off is a bit busy, but is concentrated in a rather small area.

You both need to have cell phones on to find each other of course.

Meeting by chance is not gonna happen at the pier. Flights were not mentioned,so...
