We fly to Barbados Friday, does the aircraft fly direct across the Atlantic or go across the Ocean to the US and fly down the Eastern sea board.

They will take the best route depending on where the jetstream is but you won't go near the US. We crossed over the Azores.

When we went to Barbados in December we just went straight over the Atlantic. That was with Thomas Cook.

We have done both on P&O charter flights. Scheduled flights tend to fly direct across the Atlantic.
