My PVP gives me that price if I tell him I found it on line for that, but it is not a good room. It is a guranteed inside cabin on the Riveria deck in an area where no one wants to be.

 

for the ov, it is usually the port hole windows, or cabins no one wants obstructed view, etc.

 

NO upgrades, nothing.

 

My pvp told me that it is a cabin that usually sleeps 1 or 2 people, and we did not want it. He gave me a better deal than that one.
