Spa on the Dawn questions

I understand that you can pay a fee for daily access to the spa area on the Dawn. Has anyone done this? And is it worth it. Do they limit the number of weekly passes sold and if so how quickly do they sell out? Also is it possible to have a drink or glass of champagne in the spa area? That indoor lap pool looks awfully tempting.:o Thanks in advance for your help on this.
