sargenet Posted February 29, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 29, 2008 I wanted to post an update to my previous post (which I complained about misinformation on an upcoming cruise :) ) Effective in next week, Club Hal will be opening their kids programs up at 7:00pm each night. This is due to customer complaints that the program was opening at 8:00pm, which was very late for some families with smaller children. My HAL agent actually told me 5:00pm... but believe me... I will take 7pm. They also offered to babysit my son in the Club Hal facilities since I was told 5pm. That is great news since before they only said they could watch him in my room. From what I was told... Holland America really wants to target the "multi-generational" cruising family. So if you are looking to take a cruise, and have something for Grandma & Grandpa, Mom & Dad, and the kids.... this might just be the cruise for your family.
