Nativeways R, R & R then Seven Mile beach?

We're booked on the Nativeways Rays, Reef and Rum Point. after the excursion we arrive back at the dock at 4:45. Our ship leaves at 7:00.

 

Does that leave enough time to taxi to Seven Mile Beach and let my children go parasailing?

 

We want to see Stingray City, Snorkel and parasail. Any other ideas?
