When are Formal Nights at Mariner on 3/9/08

Does anybody know on what days the 2 formal nights are on the 7 night Mariner to the Western Caribbean? Are there even two formal nights or just the Captain's formal night??

What is the dress code for the other nights at the main dining room?

From the Compass I have, Monday (at Sea) and Thursday (Grand Cayman) are formal nights
