Yes, there is a pharmacy a few blocks up from Pier 4. I forget which one it is, I think it is a Walgreen. Across from Marshalls.

Ok- I was in town today- the pharmacy is called Puerto Rico Drugs, but it is a big store.

There is also a "SuperMax" right there which is a supermarket.

We were on the Crown last summer. There are two drug stores within walking distance from the dock and one of them is a Walgreen. The exact location is listed on Walgreen's web site. It's become our custom to stop at Walgreen's on the way back to the ship (when Puerto Rico is the first port,) to buy bottled water.

Walgreens does not fill prescriptions they sell only over the counter meds and other typical items. My daughter was just there last week and had to fill a prescription from the Doctor at the Caribe Hilton...she said Perto Rico drugs was really helpful and not at all expensive. And for a side note she was one night pre-cruise with a terrible ear infection. The Caribe Hilton paged a doctor at the local hospital who did a "hotel room call" and gave her a prescription for antibiotics.
