Bella930 Posted March 3, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 3, 2008 I just finished a B2B2B on the Monarch on Monday so I can answer this! You should receive a letter on the last evening telling you what to do. Hint: our stewards were not aware of the procedure so if you have questions, go to Guest Relations We were instructed to meet by Guest Relations at 10:00 am where we were escorted off the ship, through customs and then to registration where we received our new Set Sail cards. They then took us into the priority waiting room. After the ship was cleared (around 11:15) we were escorted back on board. All in all it took about an hour. Unfortunately I did change rooms on each leg so I did have to re-pack. (The good thing was each leg was a progressively higher deck and larger cabin so it wasn't too painful). We left our bags in our rooms (do not put them in the hall!) and they were transferred to the new cabin. You do not have to stay on board and go through this process with the group. On the first leg we headed off early to spend some time at Sunset Beach and then came back to the ship at our leisure. We still had to go through the registration process but since it was a bit later the lines were minimal. All in all it was a relatively painless procedure. Have fun!
