This is a well run excursion. Michelle and Florian are very organized and made this excursion well worth every penny spent.

 

The 'Chi-town Killers' team last week were unstoppable. There were seven teams in total and this group dominated. A heck of a lot of fun with friendly competition.

 

The excursion ended at a great restaurant. Great food.

 

Although this excursion is in its infancy stage it is bound to become very popular. The concept started at Harvard and works real well in Cozumel. :cool:

I was looking at this one. So, did everybody have a chance to get wet or was it just the person that had to go get something out of the water? Did you get any beach time?

No beach time but there was an opportunity for one (or some) to get in the water...

ours finished up plenty early enough that people could have went to a beach afterwards.

 

So how was the food at the restaurant afterwards?? Did you love that dip or what??

We got an email from Larry for our group of 10 at the end of May. He said they were still negotiating with Carnival to continue. Do you know if this is the case? Any help would be appreciated

When we talked with Florian and Michelle they said they were coming up to the 1 year anniversary of the race. They were told that they could expect to open the race up to all ships in the carnival family instead of just the Carnival line. They also said that they might change the name to "the Amazing Cozumel Race" so that it is more noticeable by pax and so it appears at the top of the excursion listings. Seems like they are doing good work there. They are also working on creating a second route for the race so that they can alternate and not repeat. There is also a Race in LA.
