Is sea/air package cheaper ?

Recommended Posts

Yes... and no. You just have to do a little price comparison.

Use Carnival.com and check out how much a cruise would be if you included air. Then do the same without air.

Then go to sidestep.com and enter in the airport you will leave from, and the airport you will arrive at.

Sidestep is a great site to view air pricing. And it's flexible... you can put a "check" in the non-stop box to only show non-stop flights, etc.

Check it out and best of luck. :)

I know you should fly in a day early but is it cheaper to buy air transportation from cruise line ? I live in the midwest so air travel is very costly. Any opinions on who you think offers the best deals on airfare.

Place air on your booking to start with, then start shopping for better prices and flights you can pick on your own.... if you find the right price and right flight schedule... you can always remove the air from your booking w/out penalty if you do so before final payment is due.
