Jet Ski Beach & Shopping!

We are going with another couple on CB who has never cruised before, so we told them we would do what they liked on port days.

 

That said, my DH and I usually just like to just do some shopping and walk around to see the area, while they are beach people and he would really like to rent a jet ski somewhere. We had talked about shopping and then Orient beach, but are we going to be spending a lot of time/money running around in transit?

 

I have also heard Holland House for renting jet skis? Would this be a better choice?
