We will be staying at the Cocobelle resort the night before our cruise and I was looking for suggestions as far as nice places to eat in the area and any other places that would be of interest...

Trina Restaurant is right around the corner http://www.trinarestaurant.com/ as well as the Galleria Mall. There's a nearby water taxi stop http://www.watertaxi.com/FortLauderdale/FLLHome.Asp, a great way to tour the town.

There's the HUT, about half a mile from your hotel off of Sunrise Boulevard or a better bet, catch the Sun Trolley and take the 50 cent ride to Total Wine & More on SE 17th Street. Total Wine is to liquor, beer and wine what Home Depot is to lumber and hardware.
