Fishing: which port(s) are best?

I want to send DH on at least one fishing excursion during our cruise this fall. We're going to be in Mazatlan, PV, Cabo, Acapulco, and Ixtapa. I will be staying behind with our then-16-month-old son; most likely we'll either stay on the ship, or visit a beach resort of some sort while he's out doing his thing. At which ports would you recommend he go fishing?

CABO!!!! we saw people catching alot of fish there,

 

 

im sure you can hire someone once you get there, it might be alot cheaper. or look online

the ships usually charge about 200 per person for this
