Wondering what restaurants will be open and how crowded they will be for lunch/brunch on Easter Sunday?

 

DH and I disembark around 10 a.m. and our flight home isn't until 5 p.m. We though we might have lunch at the Ritz or Intercontinental and wondering if we will need reservations.
