randig Posted March 12, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 12, 2008 I booked a spa appointment on line a while ago for our upcoming cruise and am not sure if I want to change the date or cancel it all together. I called Princess and the person I spoke to said I will need to do this once I am onboard. I am a little concerned as my appointment will be less than 24 hours from when we board. Has anyone had any problems cancelling their appointments once onboard?
mycruz Posted March 12, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 12, 2008 I am assuming you can no longer go online since you are so close to sailing to cancel your appointment. If that's the case, then if you are within the cancellation penalty time when you board I am assuming they will charge you. The spa is not so lenient on their policies. However, you should be able to move your appointment to later in the cruise.
Trevoli Posted March 12, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 12, 2008 Try this... Move the appointment to later in the cruise to avoid a possible 24-hour 'lock down' on cancellations. Then, cancel the appointment a day or so later (just be sure you observe the 24-hour rule). Does that make sense? T
mycruz Posted March 13, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 13, 2008 Different words, same thing.....I was just trying to be a little more subtle ;)
Trevoli Posted March 13, 2008 #5 Share Posted March 13, 2008 Nobody ever accused me of being subtle! ; ) Sorry if my post was a duplicate of your message. Happy spa-ing, everyone!! T
mycruz Posted March 14, 2008 #6 Share Posted March 14, 2008 If you only knew! I'm not known to be subtle either, you just never know about these boards! :)
