Shore Excursions

Does anybody know how far in advance shore excursion information typically comes out?

Depends on the ship and itinerary. Usually anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Sometimes the more "exotic" itineraries are available further out. I seem to recall having excursions available 8 or 9 months out on our Mediterranean cruise but we also cruised late in the Med season.
