Shuttle P/U at Hotel? Art's or CB Shuttle

Hello everyone, can anyone tell me if either Art's or Cocoa Beach Shuttle will pick my party of 8 up at a hotel near Orlando Airport?

 

We are flying in late Friday night before our cruise, and staying the night at an area hotel (haven't booked that yet, but are thinking about the Best Western or Holiday Inn). If we have to, we will take the hotel shuttle to the airport, but would rather the shuttle company just pick us up at the hotel. Is this possible????
