yogimax Posted March 22, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 22, 2008 The Night Zoo shouldn't be missed.
Ako Posted April 1, 2008 #3 Share Posted April 1, 2008 Make sure you take the afternoon tour of Sentosa Island. They have a morning tour and an afternoon tour. The Afternoon tour goes into the night and includes a fantastic light show on a huge fountain. Well worth it. This was the best advice we received while on our honeymoon 2 years ago. We also did the night zoo and breakfast at the zoo. Both the wife and I liked the breakfast at the zoo better. More happens during the day. Make sure you learn how to use the MRT on day one. We didn't until day 5, and it is very simple to use and easily the best way to get around. Hope this helps. Brad

ab0si Posted April 3, 2008 #6 Share Posted April 3, 2008 At least portions of the Shangri La were given a major redo < 2 years ago. Nice green spot in the midst of all that concrete, isn't it? The two art museums are rather nice and you will be walking distance from the excellent Botanical Garden and the wonderful orchard garden therein. And, of course CHILI CRABS -- proof that life can be good. What Singapore is not any more is inexpensive. Paul
