strange error message, room # gone

I have been trying to print some extra luggage tags and I am not able to get to my documents or any other section on mycarnival section. I had a room number assigned and now I get this error message.

 

 

5185 : The number of guests requested exceeds the capacity of any cabin available on this sailing. Please select a different number of guests or an alternate sailing.

 

I have no idea what this means.. any ideas? Can they take my room # away?

I got the same message. I called and was told they are doing an upgrade on the website. I had them check my reservation and it was still there same room and all.

And my sailing is off the site all together and off some of the other online sites:eek:

Same here....I called (one week from my cruise) and they said all was fine and they had a serious bug in the web site that would probably be fixed Monday. I got the same error.
