deckguy Posted March 25, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 25, 2008 I'll be on the Vision in May for a Mexico cruise and was wondering if they have a steam room and/or a dry sauna. Also, any information on treadmills, shower/locker rooms and COST (if charged) would be appreciated. Some lines have gone to charging as much as $20 per day simply to enjoy a steam. Ouch. I'm not a sauna person, but the Vision does have the worst gym of any RC ship I have been on.:( It is small, crowded, and the equipment seems to always be breaking down. I love the Vision, but not its gym! I think there are about 8 treadmills.
Rivercat Posted March 25, 2008 #3 Share Posted March 25, 2008 I only took a yoga class in the gym on Vision, but agree that it was surprisingly cramped and crowded.
critterchick Posted March 25, 2008 #4 Share Posted March 25, 2008 I'll third that! There are 3 ellipticals, and one of the three was broken on both cruises I took this year (a different one each time). There are 2 new stairmasters & one old one and a few bikes. The weight equipment is ancient but serviceable. It is free, however. I'm not sure what the locker room facilities are, but I believe that they are open to all and also complimentary.
