San Diego Parking/Shuttles

We're heading out of San Diego on a Baja cruise in a little less than a month, and we were wondering if anyone knew about parking there. It doesn't seem that there is any parking at the terminal, so is there a great park and ride sort of place that is fairly affordable? Do any of these places have shuttle services to the Port of San Diego?

 

Any help would be great!

Also check out this site for discounts and specials. I have had good success with the Mission Brewery parking lot when I fly out of San Diego (which has been at least monthly the last year or so).

Thanks for the tips, and for that great link for the discounts! We got a great deal just now through the Brewery. Looks like we have parking. Now all I need to do is speed up the calendar!
