Can you take a wheeled cooler on RCCL?

In Sept. we will go on our first RCCL cruise. We have been on 4 Disney cruises, and each time we had taken a wheeled softsided cooler (without ice of course) with us and the screener put it through the x-ray machine and as long as it didn't leak, we had no problems taking it onboard. it was filled with beer, wine, and soda. a large majority of people did this even though Disney's website said no coolers were allowed.

 

Can we do the same with RCCL?

As long as there is no alcohol in it.

RC is concerned with the contents, i.e. no alcohol, and not with the cooler itself. If you have a decent cabin steward, he will even keep it filled with ice.

Shouldn't be a problem at all as long as it goes through the xray macine.
