Water Taxis at night?

We were thinking of going to a beach during the day and then after dinner going to Atlantis to see the aquarium. Do the water taxis run at night? If not is there also another way to get there.

Water taxi's stop at 6pm. (A bit sooner from nassau to paradise island).

You can take a cab from the port to Atlantis.. $4pp.
