Transportation to Rum Point

Taxis are not waiting at Rum Point. If you take a taxi there you should arrange your return trip in advance. It may be most practical to pay the taxi driver to wait.

Cheaper still is to rent a car and drive yourself. Typically this will cost less than cab fare one-way to Rum Point.

Can anyone share their experience of Rum Point? What are the taxi fares and how much time does it take to get there? Are taxis waiting to transport people back to the tender pier?

I'll second Drew's advice...make your return trip arrangements in advance, or better yet, rent a car for the day. The trip to/from Rum Point takes about 45 minutes and costs about $75 US - EACH WAY.
