twhfan Posted March 31, 2008 #1 Share Posted March 31, 2008 Has anyone done the reefs n' rays tour through Carnival? This is one of the tour we are possible thinking of doing.
caymanjohn Posted March 31, 2008 #2 Share Posted March 31, 2008 Your are always way better off financially getting off the boat early and booking one of these trips through the people waiting at the dock - and we really appreciate the business going direct to the company not funding the cruise ships coffers. I'm going to be there May; is it better to pre-book this or wait and do it at the peir?
twhfan Posted April 1, 2008 Author #4 Share Posted April 1, 2008 Thanks for the information. The only reason I woud like to do a excursion through the ship at his port is the short amount of time I will have at this stop. The only thing that concerned me about this trip was the the interaction with the stingray was listed at the deeper water spot. I am a fairly good swimmer but don't know whether I would have more interaction with the string rays in the shallower water. I can just see myself trying to manage a underwater camera, figuring out how to snorkel, and trying to interact with the stringrays in the deeper water.
