Hi Erpride,

 

Yes, this option is available to U.S. and Canadian Citizens. It was actually announced on day 5 of the "Today" magazine. You will have to register at the guests services counter and will have to handle your own luggage.

We did it last week. It was really simple and we had a lot of luggage but we managed. Even hough we wee the first ones down there we did get off until about 7:30 or so. If you need to get off early this is the way to go.
