Everytime I try to sign on, it says it does not find my member name or password. Is anyone else having this problem?

Has me a bit worried, my husband called our TA and made final payment Friday. This was the first time he dealt with the details :eek:

And this is the first time I tried to sign on since then.

Are you trying to sign into your booking, or to MY PRINCESS? Signing into My Princess would have nothing to do with your final payment or booking, even if you aren't booked, you would be able to sign in there.

 

If you haven't, give it a try and see if your booking shows up there without using your booking number.

 

If neither work, then call Princess and they should be able to fix the problem.
