Taxi Fuel Surcharge?

I was on the Port of Miami website to get some info on taxi fares, and it mentions (in red, course, so you notice) that there is now a $1 per person fuel surcharge.

 

Anyone traveling recently notice this extra charge? We leave for Miami on Friday, April 11 and I want to be prepared.
