just wondering if anyone did these. Do you go into the synagogue, churches or just pass by them?

If you do a self guided walking tour you can include the Synagogue; check their website for opening hours and specifics on visiting if you want to go inside. Lutheran Church is another historical church, still in use, usually open so you can go in and look.
