Help, please...we are using the Valet Luggage Service for the first time and are due to have our luggage collected on Monday 14 April. We have yet to receive any of the promised luggage documentation from Miami and our emails remain unanswered. I have visions of DHL arriving on Monday, asking "where to?" and us replying, somewhere in Lisbon, we don't know.... Any tips or advice? You can also ask to speak to someone at the Club desk for help. amann@seabourn.com, 305-463-3161 (w) I do know that DHL can pick up without the paperwork, which gets filled in later. (Happened to me) Also, depending on where you are starting your cruise, there is often some wiggle time. I don't know how it works in the UK, but all should be fine.
