Montego Bay, Jamaica - August

Hi! Mom and ten y.o. traveling this August. My co-worker told me Dunn's River Falls was a must do. However, because we dock in Montego Bay - the narrative indicates it's a 2 hour drive. I'm not thinking I want to spend 4 hours round trip on a bus. As an alternative I read about the YS Falls and Rockland Bird Sanctuary. What are your opinions? Worth the travel time for Dunn's? Will we be happy with YS? Please share with me your experiences. I appreaciate your suggestions.

Thanks in advance!

...offers day passes for, I think, $45 per person. It's a fairly nice all-inclusive resort with decent food and excellent drinks. They have a nice white sandy beach as well as a pool for kids and an adult pool with swim-up bar. The resort is a short five minute taxi ride from the ship and the grounds are well-secured. Jamaica can be kind of a rough place if you're not careful.
