booking Playa Mia off the ship??

We waited alittle too long to book our package when we get off the ship in Cozumel LOL we leave tomorrow for the cruise! haha Does anyone know if we will be safe just getting off the ship in Coz and taking the taxi to Playa Mia and paying there? We would like to do the middle package (all you can drink and water sports...the one that's minus the buffet) I'm just getting alittle nervous now that it will be full or maybe even that it's not an option to do it that way...

Yes you can grab a taxi and just show up.
