Capt. Bryan Question...

We are leaving this weekend for our cruise on Carnival Valor and have a reservation with Capt Bryan in GC. Question about timing...Valor is supposed to be in GC until 4:00. Our reservation with him is from 10:30-1:30 (local time) I'm so confused on this "ship" time and "local" time issue. Will we be ok? He knows we are cruise ship people.

cayman island doesnt have daylight savings time so they do not change time... most of the time cruise ships are an hour ahead of cayman island local time but there would be a lot of time coming back to the ships tender after the tours... :)

We were there in March of last year, ship & island time were the same. We loved our excursion with Captain Bryan, they were wonderful. We motored out, rough day, in fact ship excursions were canceled. Did the stingway, snorkle. They he put up the sails, sun shining, relaxed and had a ball. His crew were fantastic, friendly, full of jokes. Would have been our best excursion of the cruise, except we swam with the dolphins in Coz, which is an experience of a lifetime. He is very dependable and will make sure you get back to the ship in time. Any questions email him, he responded very quickly. By the way there is a wonderful bakery right next to his office!

Here's pic of Capt Bryan with our daughter holding a stingray, Capt & crew (loved all of them), and our daugther with dolphin in Coz (she actually did the swim and was lifted all the way out of the water)

Hope you have as much fun as we did!
