When are the least busy times in the gym?

Recommended Posts

Where I live now, I get up at 4AM. I like the solace of the gym to myself. We have early seating, but I like the 10:30ish suggestion. However, coming from the EastCoast I think that 6AM for the gym will be just fine.

I love to start my day with exercise to get my metabolism jumpstarted. I like to have breakfast after a workout and the three "sss" that a man does in the morning.

The equipment for the most part is fine. The gyms are part of the "spa" which is not run by RCi, but by a company called Steiner, which runs the spas on Carnival, Celebrity, and Disney, and probably some others. The cardio-vascular were fine--treadmills, stationary bikes and eliptical. It was missing torso machines for resistance training--I found this to be true on two different ships. the Brilliance and the Navigator.

Congratulations on your life-style change. I had a tremendous life-style change five years ago, and have kept it off (100lbs). I have never gained more than two lbs on a cruise.
