Cruisechic470 Posted April 13, 2008 #1 Share Posted April 13, 2008 What classes are offered in the gym on the AOS? At what times? If you've taken them, how are they? Thanks!
Cruisechic470 Posted April 14, 2008 Author #2 Share Posted April 14, 2008 Anyone? I'm sure I can find what classes they have in my compass from last year, I just didnt want to drag them out...:(
LDR Posted April 14, 2008 #3 Share Posted April 14, 2008 They have cycling and yoga for sure,(and I think a $10 fee applies) but sign up as early as possible. I tried twice to get into a yoga session and the wait list was even full! There was one called abs, bums and thighs that did not require a fee, as well as a sunrise stretch.
