Super Shuttle pick up time adequate?

We are staying post cruise at the Comfort Inn, Santa Monica. Super Shuttle has scheduled our pick up from hotel to LAX for 2:30pm for a flight time of 4:40pm on Monday 5/26 (Memorial Day). I really feel that this is cutting it close. What do you veterans think? Should I call and move the pick up time earlier or am I OK?

You're talking about a Monday during rush hour over

Memorial Day.... If it was me, I'd arrange for a 1:30

pick up... the freeways will be jammed and the

security lines likewise... you can always relax at LAX

and not have to worry about it!

That's not enough time. Err on the side of caution. 1 or 1:30 should be okay. Unless you are booking a private van, you have to remember that Super Shuttle may pick up other pax on the way, delaying your pickup and or delaying your arrival to LAX. We used them years ago for a R/T and they were prompt; but traffic is unavoidable.
