taxi from Messina to Toarmina

Has anyone out there taken a taxi from the port in Messina to Toarmina?? We would like to try it, but cannot find out how much it is. I am new to these boards and need a little help here. The ship we are on is $49.00 per person for Toarmina On Your Own.

I used Sicilylife for our ride to Taromina.Got there earlier than the cruise crowd and stayed a little longer by having a driver for us.http://www.sicilylife.com
