Summer Cruise

We just returned from our spring break cruise on the Liberty, which was amazing. And there were a fair amount of kids/teenagers on the ship. Seeing as though there are different spring break times for different people, will there be as many or nearly as many teens say in mid june or july? Thanks

We sailed in July on EOS 4 yrs ago and there were 800 kids/teens on board.

I was on Explorer August 2005, and there were 1400 kids aboard

I would be curious to hear more from you as to whether more kids/teens on the ship is a positive or a negative. I'm going to respond assuming you'd like to find less.

 

I think you have all the information to answer your own question in your OP. Kids out of school = kids on ships.

 

We've cruised a couple of times in November. If that's an option for you, it's a great time weather-wise and the kids are in school. Water in the Caribbean was perfect, temperatures were great. Also some of the cheapest fares of the year.

Perhaps I should have specified- I myself am a teen and was looking more at whether there would be "kids" 16-18 on board. Not so much looking for the sub 14 year olds. Thanks

With changing school calendars (some FL schools not out until mid-June this year) likely more in July. Also after some early summer school programs have ended in late July.
